About Nadia
I'M A MOVEMENT STORYTELLER
Nadia is a choreographer, movement director, physical performer and educator, born and raised in North London. She founded freeYOURstyle Collective, a company of creative outliers in the movement world, in 2003.
For over two decades, her accomplishments and knowledge in movement and performance have stretched across TV, film, theatre, martial arts, fire performance, creature work, and education in Industry Practice and Dance.
A long-standing member of Olivier Award-winning theatre company BOY BLUE and award-winning immersive theatre company LES ENFANTS TERRIBLES for twenty years has given Nadia the background and platform to perform and create insightful, versatile and in-depth work with movement and storytelling.
Nadia lectures on movement and industry practice at institutes such as the UNIVERSITY OF EAST LONDON, and TRINITY LABAN, along with teaching workshops in dance, fire, and physical performance. She is currently studying the NEUROSCIENCE OF MUSIC AND EMOTION.
